We were VERY happy with our agent. She had sold two condos for us back in either 2004 or 05. I realize that it was a good real estate market at that time, but our agent, even being a new realtor, amazed us with her ability to get more than we were asking and strongly recommended that we put the second condo on the market in an "as is" condition as she knew that she could sell it quickly. Everything she said happened and we got top dollar for both! When we were ready to sell the Herons Glen property we knew that it was a depressed market, but we did not want to sit on this for a long time. She told us how to price it and assured us that she would sell it in a timely manner. She did exactly what she said. I find her to be enthusiastic and very hard working. She has never just sat on a listing hoping it would sell. She always works it! I love this quality in a real estate agent. I would most definitely use our agent again!
